• Orvion Panjabi is an online store specializing in traditional Punjabi wear.

• We sell products including 100% Cotton, Linen, and Tussar Punjabi.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

• We strive to display accurate colors, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include all applicable taxes.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• bKash

• Nagad

• Rocket

• Bank Transfer

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation SMS/email.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh.

• Processing time: 24 hours after order confirmation.

• Delivery time: 3-5 business days.

• Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value.

• You must provide accurate shipping information. Orvion Panjabi is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses.

• A delivery partner will contact you before delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

• To cancel, contact our customer support with your Order ID.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock or payment issues.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

• You can return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery.

• Conditions for return/exchange:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

• Product must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

• Return/exchange is not applicable for:

• Custom-made or altered products

• Products damaged by the customer

• Products without original tags

• Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Refund methods:

• Bank transfer (for online payments)

• Cash (for COD orders during pickup)

• No refunds for shipping charges unless the product is defective.

8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
